Prior to West Property Group, our firm traded under the franchise Sherry FitzGerald Colm O’Donovan and has operated in the Newcastle West and Limerick region for over the past 10 years.

The firm has gained an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the property market. Our experience extends locally, nationally and internationally, where we have made valued and notable contacts within the business community. This experience is something all our clients can benefit from.

Our offices are located in the Market Court development in the centre of Newcastle West, with Colm O’Donovan, Managing Director, and Nora Mary O’Sullivan, Director, both combining over 20 years’ experience in the property market.

Colm O’Donovan

Managing Director

Colm O’Donovan is a full member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI), soon to amalgamate with the Society of Chartered Surveyors. He also holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Property Valuation & Management.

Prior to West Property Group, Colm operated the firm under the Sherry FitzGerald Colm O’Donovan franchise. He brings extensive experience in the Newcastle West and Limerick property market, together with local, national and international business contacts.

Nora Mary O’Sullivan

Director

Nora Mary O’Sullivan and Colm O’Donovan combine over 20 years’ experience in the property market.

Nora Mary contributes to a firm built around professional conduct, strong local knowledge and compliance with the best codes of practice set down by the relevant professional institutions.
