Valuers Institute (IAVI) soon to amalgamate with the Society of Charter Surveyors, he
also holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Property Valuation & Management so
compliance with the best codes of practice set down by these institutions are at the core
of our business, leaving our clients with the reassurance that they are dealing with a fully
qualified and reputable firm.
Prior to West Property Group our firm traded under the franchise Sherry FitzGerald Colm
O’Donovan and has operated in the Newcastle West and Limerick region for over the
past 10 years. The firm has gained an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the property
market. Our experience extends locally, nationally and internationally where we have
made valued and notable contacts within the business community. This experience is
something all our clients can benefit from.
Our Offices are located in the Market Court development in the centre of Newcastle
West with Colm O'Donovan, Managing Director and Nora Mary O'Sullivan Director
both combining over 20 years experience in the property market.
